Community Meal Support

Community Meal Support Program

Nourishing Our Community with Care and Dignity

Program Overview

The Community Meal Support Program exists to ensure that vulnerable members of our community have access to regular, nutritious meals—especially those who may face physical, financial, or social barriers to preparing food on their own.

Designed to be flexible and responsive, this program focuses on delivering essential food support where it is needed most. Our priority is to support seniors, people living with disabilities, and individuals experiencing isolation or hardship, while maintaining high standards of safety, dignity, and care.
