By accessing or using the services of Agape Handyman Mission , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Agape Handyman Mission  provides general handyman and property maintenance services. We do not perform work that legally requires a licensed tradesperson unless stated otherwise. Certain tasks may be declined if deemed unsafe or outside our scope.

3. Quotes and Payments

  • All quotes are estimates based on information provided and site conditions.

  • Final costs may vary if additional work is required.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may result in refusal of future services.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property

  • Disclose any known hazards or risks

  • Ensure utilities (electricity, water, etc.) are available if required

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agape Handyman Mission  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship; however, we do not guarantee outcomes affected by existing structures, materials, or prior workmanship by others.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, including in cases of unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

Agape Handyman Mission  may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
